This event combines the power of play, experimentation, innovation, laughter, and learning into an event that brings the spirit of community service to your group. Part keynote, part playground, Giving Wings weaves inspiration and learning into one unforgettable experience. 

 

The event begins with an inspiring message from John Collins, the current Guinness World Record holder for the longest flight by a paper airplane. He’ll share stories of his path to the record, relating tales of determination, risk-taking, dusting yourself off and creative tweaking – stories as much about the business world as the record-setting world. Next, it’s time for takeoff! Collins shares tips on how to build all kinds of airplanes as guests fold along. The lab also includes other flying machines such as the tube, the arrow, the bullet, the glider, the interceptor, and even the boomerang, an airplane built so you don’t have to chase it!
